I was so excited to be well that I created a fairy ATC. I'm in an ATC swap at RedLead Paperworks and needed to make some ATCs anyway. And, I think this little lady will do me just fine!! My DS saw her after I was done and asked me if she was the "get well fairy". I asked him why he thought so....he said "well, she just looks nice". What a cutie he is, so...per my son, she's The Get Well Fairy. I played around with a lot of techniques one this: stamping with gesso, reinker colorwashes, acrylic paint washes, perfect pearls, collage...I'm working on a tutorial, I hope to have it up later this week.
In the mean time......may your households be forever guarded by The Get Well Fairy!

Yeah! I think your son had the right idea with the Get Well Fairy! I am glad everyone is feeling better. :-) This ATC is really cute with the crown and wings!

I think you need to clone the Get Well Fairy and spread it around, so many sick kids now. The ATC is really cute and glad your family is healing!
