Here's what I did for this challenge:

I used a Kaiser Kraft wood mini album page, deco podged it with some scrap paper I had been using as a glimmer mist craft mat, rubbed that in silver embossing powder I spilled all over my scrappy area (and couldn't get up), then added a perfect pearls wash, crackle medium, paint dabber and distress ink. I cut the butterfly on my cricut and used alcohol inks, german glass glitter and stickles to decorate it. I made flowers by hand from vintage dictionary pages and colored with alcohol ink (I LOVE the transparent look) and used vintage buttons and copper wire to complete them. I used Prima alpha stickers colored and textured with Copics and stickles for the "bloom". Then I added vintage metal lace trim, jewlery (I cut it up ...it was broken anyway), a velvet button and mixed in some "new" seed beads, embroidery floss and ribbon (painted with with a couple of shimmerz colors). Hope you enjoy my creation! (Can you tell I'm wishing for spring???)

Please hop on over to The Bad Girls and check out all the inspiration. This is a place you will love and come back to (I know I do): the kits are delicious, the shoppe is chock full of goodies you just can't get anywhere else, and the message board is brimming with inpiration and encouragement! Come join in!!
